Local Government Community Development program (LGCDP) has been carrying out in five VDCs (Sirsiya Khalwatol,Bindabasini,Udaypur Ghurmi & Allaun,subarnapur) of Parsa district with the support of DDC parsa .This program is focused on empowering the marginalized people of VDC.
